Erola Arcalís (b. Menorca, 1986) is a London based Spanish artist.
Arcalís’ practice combines abstract landscapes and sculptural still
life to create fictional narratives that navigate between the staged and the encountered. With a focus in the representation of memory and mythology, Arcalís works are often accompanied or inspired by poetic text. Central to her process is the
large format analogue hand print and the slow pace of the 5x4 camera.
